recall that on Monday January 28th, Governor Ambode was accused of gross misconduct by the members of the house of assembly, he was said to have spent 2019 budget without approval from the senates and therefore was going to be impeached.
Some residents of Lagos state are currently in front of the state House of Assembly, staging a protest against the planned impeachment of the state Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode. According to the reports, the protesters were seen with placards and inscriptions expressing their displeasure over the planned impeachment.
Some inscriptions said, "LEAVE AMBODE ALONE", "WE STAND WITH AMBODE" among others.
